Hello!
These days it's colder and dry, and we may easily catch a cold. We have to keep ourselves warm!

And today, I went to Sakura-terrace in Iidabashi, which opened on October 10th.
I enjoyed loco-moco at PCH cafe bar dine with my friend! It was delicious and I recommend you to drink lemonade.

Anyway today, I'll introduce a short video from YouTube.

The girl's name is Aimee Corner, she is nineteen years old now. She has had eating disorder since she was only eight years old. In the video, we can know how she is recovering from eating disorder.
She were suffering from ED, for example she was bullied and couldn't go to school. Moreover her family didn't know she was anorexia, so her condition were getting worse.
However now, she tries to increase her weight gradually. She said, now she wants to help other anorexics.

I was very moved by this video, so if you have enough time, please watch it!

About NeversSconds

Then, next I’ll tell you about my thinking of reading “NeverSecond”.

I think what she has accomplished are great, because she was only 10 years old and usually at this age, children cannot get this idea to search about school lunch in the world and to do something for some countries which are suffering from poverty. Moreover her blog is interesting even if adults read it. There are many pictures and she wrote plain English. The layout is also easy to compare pictures.
As to my school lunch memories, actually I ate them until I was an elementary school students. At that time, I was usually looking forward to the lunch time, because the lunch were used many local food, like mikan, ills, and so on. However I had much dislike food, so sometimes I felt depression. After graduating from the elementary school, my mother had made lunch for 6 years, because my junior high school and high school was private. At that time I was always happy to eat my lunch, because there were no dislike food in it. However my mother was always thinking about nutritious lunch and to make it, she had got up at 5 for 6 years. I thank my mother very much.
I did not feel that I had any input of something of my school lunch, because I’m always satisfied with the taste and have never thought of these kinds of things. However I have to think about it to support my good health.
I did not know about AGU’s dining facilities so much, but I know TFT (Table For Two), because my friend belongs to the club about it. This system may be that we can support countries which are in trouble about lack of food if we eat some lunch at AGU. I use this system some times. The taste of lunch is delicious, so I think it’s no problems to select the lunch. It’s good facility, because not only we can enjoy delicious lunch but also some people in poor countries will be helped.

I think it’s difficult to help others in the world less fortunate than us especially in connection to food. However I think we can use TFT system firstly. It’s good system both of us. Moreover I’ll try not leave food, or order little. To waste food is big issue in the world especially developed countries. If we continue to do that, amount of production will be increasing and the poor countries’ people will be involved in the issue. I think the smallest thing which we can do every day to help others is this way.

Analyzing of my book1

Hello!
These days are getting colder and colder. I live in a dormitory, so I'm so happy that dinner waits for me to come back to the dormitory. Especially today, the menu was Tan-Tan Men! It was hot and of course delicious.

Anyway, I totally forgot to write about my book. And I couldn't read the book enough because of lack of time. I read only 10 pages during last week..  I'll read more than 10 pages until nest Tuesday, so please wait ;(

Then I’ll tell you about my book.
The writer, Jenni had an eating disorder, and she were suffering from it, for example she gave up to study to become a doctor and selected to sing a song, because of ED. Moreover she had to cancel her wedding, though it would be the next day, because she thought she could not believe she can spend good wedding life with the eating disorder. The she tried to divorce not only her husband (It’s not true, because she did not get married.) but also her eating disorder.
The hardest time for her to recover from ED was written in her first book, “Life without ED”, and she said this time was “significantly recovered” time for her. And in this book, she wrote the time of “fully recovered”. I’ll explain the meaning.
This meaning is “having a healthy relationship with her body, as well as finding joy and peace in my life” for her. To achieve this state, she did many things (I don’t know in detail, because it was written in her first book.), and at first she could recover from ED completely. However she noticed that she paid attention to ED not to return ED. And this means her effort could not pay off. Moreover at the time, her father got a cancer, so her condition was getting worse, too.

So in this book, she wrote how to recover from ED fully, for example we should depend on some professional help. She also ask to help her to therapist and so on. She told us that we could not overcome ED without them.

After I read this section, I think she got harder experience than I thought. I imagined that ED is not so serious disorder, but it changed her life more than once. It was amazing for me. I could not think I give up my dreams because of a disorder. When I selected this book, I wanted to know he feeling and story of people who have the ED, so I think I can learn it gradually.

This is all that I read so far. Next section will be about her first experience to recover from ED fully. I’m getting interested in her book, so I’ll try to make time to read it.
